Brief Answer:
You can wait for neuro treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted the details of your wife, as well as the discharge summary details.

I would like to reassure you that there is no serious problem with her brain and you can wait for neuro treatment.

Her CT scan of brain is normal, which is a good news.

She is most probably suffering from amnesia, and would get better with medicines and with passage of time.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
That is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

It is fine and there is no need of any urgent neuro medicines.

Once the Orhto part is settled, you can get her checked with a neurologist for further advice.

Headache with loud sounds is common in these patients. If it is troublesome, she may take etoricoxib tablets for relief of headaches.

Best wishes,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)
