Brief Answer:
Not to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM,
If you have had a regular period on XXXXXXX 7, after the 20 May intercourse and if the bHCG on 8 XXXXXXX was negative then it is not possible that could be pregnant, unless if you have had unprotected intercourse after 7 XXXXXXX
I am assuming that you are worried about being pregnant from 20 May, but that is impossible.
Do not worry.
If you continue to have irregular periods for more than three months further evaluation in form of ultrasound pelvis and hormonal tests may be required.
If you do not get your period for another week ( assuming that you have no sex in this cycle) you will need to take progesterone pills to get periods.
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Can take duphaston
Detailed Answer:
yes you can take duphaston three times a day for three days and stop, you will get periods.
do pelvic ultrasound only if these symptoms continue for two or three months.
Further tests in form of blood tests and ultrasound are only required if irregular or delayed periods occur for more than 3 months.
Do not worry.
hormonal imbalances are common in this age .
