Brief Answer:
There is need for autoimmune diseases evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to different conditions and there is need for further investigation to obtain a correct diagnosis.

Metallic taste, fatigue and muscles "firing"
1. may be related to medicaments (if you used any recently)
2. withdrawal from benzodiazepines causes similar symptoms
3. most relevant issue to address is evaluation of any autoimmune disease that affects neuromuscular system. ( Myasthenic syndromes)

There is need to consult your primary care Doctor to discuss your concerns and the possibility of having further testing in order to obtain a correct diagnosis. ( tests needed neuromuscular conduction study or ENMG, and specific blood tests to evaluate autoantibodies presence or not).

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
