From the symptoms it can be primary headache like migraine or sinus headache if you are having any cold or sinus congestion.
Migraine may present with headache for more than seventy-two hours and is often associated with vomiting, dizziness and visual problems.
For migraine headache, try these lifestyle modifications:
1) Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day.
2) Exercise regularly (daily if possible) and limit stress through regular exercise and relaxation techniques.
3) Avoid bright or flashing lights and wear sunglasses if sunlight is a trigger
4) Identify and avoid foods that trigger headaches by keeping a headache and food diary and limit caffeine consumption to less than two caffeine-containing beverages a day.
5) You can also try over the counter pain killers like aspirin or acetaminophen. If still the symptoms persist, then please consult a physician for specific anti-migraine therapy (triptans and ergot preparations).

Thankyou for this information , but as I also said dear Dr, I also have very sore breasts which constantly hurt now, in the whole area including to my arm pits sides , instead of intermittently for the past year or so , plus I have colostrum type colour fluid coming out from my left nipple, and green to dark coloured fluid coming from the right nipple. Could this be symptoms of breast cancer ? I have had many cancerous legions removed from my body -- chin / neck / rib under right breast needed removing twice to remove entire cancer / rib on left side down from arm pit needed 3 removals to get all / arms , wrist, and leg needed doing twice to remove all . Next to this , Aside from extreme nausea , my tummy and bowels and constantly upset ...meaning I am ranging between diarea and constipation and sometimes feel constantly hungry while other times have no appetite whatsoever. I have problems with extreme fluid retention and breathing difficulty's. My Dr put me on Uremide in 2012 but it does not appear to help but instead causes terrible pain in my tummy .. I don't know what;s wrong or what to do . A heart condition was suspected as it runs in the family, and the Dr mentined me having a trans- something or rather scan done on my heart , but still no tests have been done . what should I do Sir ? What is wrong with Me ? Please can you help ? Thankyou Sir for your time . XXXXXXX

Tenderness in breast and milk discharge from breast can be due to the hormonal imbalance. However other causes also need to be ruled out. First of all mammary duct ectasia has to be ruled out. It causes one or more of the ducts beneath your nipple to become inflamed and clogged with a thick, sticky substance. Next possibility is of an underactive thyroid gland, tumor (prolactinoma) or other disorder of the pituitary gland and chronic breast stimulation, such as from frequent breast self-exams or sexual activity.
Last possibility is of intraductal papilloma (less likely). It is a small, usually noncancerous (benign) growth that projects into a milk duct near your nipple.
You should consult a gynecologist and get an examination done. For the frequent diarrhea and constipation consulting a gastroenterologist will help.
