Brief Answer:
ECG normal. Not a cause of concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have checked the attached ECG tracing and have evaluated it closely and carefully. I do not see anything to worry about. It is a normal tracing and not a cause for concern.
Just relax. The chest pain you report, is most likely to be due to gastritis. Take omeprazole once daily before breakfast. Walk regularly in the morning. Eat less spicy food and avoid long gaps between meals. I hope that with these interventions you would be fine.
If at any time your chest pain gets intense be sure to visit the ER at the earliest.
Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to gastroesophageal reflux/gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
The described location is typical for a pain due to gastritis. If still apprehensive, you should get a check up done by a cardiologist. I doubt if he would find anything serious.
