Brief Answer:
No need to do it again

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome back.

The ECG changes does not meet the criteria for LVH. So Their is NO LVH.

LVH is actually increase in muscle mass of the heart due to long standing high BP. It is similar to increased muscle mass of a person going gym.

It is nothing to be worried of.
But I'd recommend monitoring your BP regularly.

As the stress echo was done last year only, their is no need to repeat it again. We could have repeated it if you had any new chest pain which is non localized & increase on exertion.

So relax. Their is nothing to be worried of from cardiac side at present.
I hope i answered your query. If you have any more question, I'll be happy to help.

Thanks
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome back again.

It is good to know that you are regularly monitoring your BP & that is normal.

You do not need any more tests currently.

Just follow healthy life habits like low fat intake, avoid junk food, exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes for at least 5 days in a week & stop smoking & alcohol (if you are taking any).
