Brief Answer:
Seems to be common illness, still precautions req.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

Mild fever and nausea is not a matter of great concern in routine. It can happen in many routine seasonal infections or due to some mild food related problem. I would not be concerned if the nausea and stool problems settled down.

If it persists and you feel dehydrated you should see a doctor.

Please take
more of liquids
Have something like jello which can provide some relief
light diet
proper rest.

Please visit your doctor if:

If in few hours your symptoms do not improve or they worsen
Having high grade fever
Vomiting starts and your are not able to drink anything
Pain in abdomen increasing in severity.

I hope this helps.

Wishing you speedy recovery.

Regards,

Dr.Pragensh
