What Causes Mild Funiculitis In Left Side While Sitting?
Question: my name is XXXX, i am having mild funiculitis in left side, pain is coming while sitting, while sleeping & walking no pain. Also epidydymites in left side testicle. Guide me what i have to do and i consulted doctor and he has given medicine to take for 10days medicine is Moxifloxacin 400mg and seretochem-D

In case of clinically diagnosed case of Epididymoorchitis and funiculitis (inflammation of spermatic cord) Antibiotics and analgesic will suffice.
As you are already on antibiotics and analgesic. Apart from good scrotal support is important to reduce the symptoms. Wearing a slightly tight underwear will be helpful.
If there has been no improvement in symptoms or the symptoms are worsening than consult your physician for further clinical assessment.
Following are signs of recovery
1. Absence or reduction in fever
2. Reduction in pain
3. Reduction in swelling and redness
4. Absence of Urinary symptoms.

Dear Sir,
Thank u for suggestion. Further as you suggested for slightly tight underwear. If i wear tight underwear i am getting pain in left thigh upper side and in groin area. Kindly suggest. Further if any excercise can reduce pain. please suggest.
