Brief Answer:
Advised PPI

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
According to your description it seems like Acid reflux may be due to having outside food.
I would like to prescribe you Proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole (Pan 40) or if you have nausea then I suggest you pantoprazole with Domperidone combination (like Pan D). You should take this medication 30 minutes before breakfast and with empty stomach for 2 weeks.
Along with medication you have to maintain your diet.
I suggest you try to avoid outside fast, oily, spicy and junk food.
Do not skip meals which increase intensity of headache and acid reflux as well.
Drink plenty of water and fluids.
Eat healthy food and fruits and vegetables like salads.
Restrict hot beverages like tea and coffee.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
