Normal range for MCV is 80-96 fL/red cell in adult.

Besides clinical correlation,I suggest to take folic acid supplementation to my patients depending upon clinical findings.
Beside this you should take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables,dates etc.
It is important to know complete hemogram,your symptoms and reason for investigations.
