What Causes Mild Nausea And Occasional Heartburn Below The Breasts?

Acid reflux disease seems most probable.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Such symptoms are usually caused by acid reflux disease. However in some cases, acid reflux is triggered by some stomach or esophageal issue including peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation, H.Pylori infection or esophagus inflammation.
If the heartburn/pain tends to radiate to the back, gallstones can also be the reason.
Acid reflux symptoms usually get worse after food intake especially fatty foods, spicy food or coffee. It is characteristic for it to go away for a while when swallowing mineral water.
Gallstones usually give also upper right abdominal pain.
I suggest you to consult your doctor and get proper antiacids (like Omeprasole 40 mg once a day). You should also avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juices, alcohol.
If such diet and medicines wont be effective, gastroscopy should be done.
If gallstones sound possible abdominal ultrasound should be also performed.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
