Hello,
Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
As per your query answers are -
Even Simple overeating can cause dull abdominal pain, while a sharp pain associated with eating may indicate gastroenteritis. Stomach pain described as “burning” may occur with ulcers or with gastroesophageal reflux, or GERD. Colicky pain comes in waves; gallstones can cause colicky pain in the abdomen.
Stmach pain with mild nausea and gurgles can be most likely due to improper eating habits leading to Dyspepsia and Gas formation.
Our gut consists for some good bacterias which help in proper digestion of food. However some times due to poor food habits the good bacterias are destroyed leading to dysbiosis. As food is now not properly digested it will lead to improper digestion of food leading to formation of gas nausea and pain.
I would suggest you to start taking a probiotic like VSL# 3.Probiotics will help to replenish the depleted gut flora hence improving digestion.
An ultra sound abdomen should be done along with stool microscopic examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
A pain which starts on eating can be due to stomach ulcers also.
As we eat food the stomach starts to secrete acid this acid irritates the ulcers in stomach and causes pain.
I would recommend you to use-
Tab Nexium 40 mg twice daily.
An antacid twice daily.
VSL #3 twice daily for 1 week and see if pain responds to it.
Till that time get an ultrasound abdomen done.
Regards.

Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
In medical science even a small pin can cause life threatening condition called sepsis if not treated properly,Though it sounds so small.
So from a doctors point of view this can be troublesome if ovelooked and not treated properly. However initially an ultrasound should be done along with stool test to rule out things.
Till that time follow medications i adviced and see how you respond to it.
Time taken depends on how you follow the medications and other instruction given by me.If followed properly with medications then you should respond with in a week.
Hope you can very well understand that i can't examine you physically. So i need results of investigations to fill that void.
Hope you get well soon.
Regards.
