Brief Answer:
Need examination by surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to be suffering from gastritis with or without ulcer. It needs to be examined by the doctor. The fresh blood in the stool could be due to dehydration and external hemorrhoids or anal fissure near the anal region. If there is hard stool the hemorrhoids bleed. Since this is new symptoms it needs a conservative management only. You need to increase water intake, food rich in fibre and Sy Cremaffin 2 tsp at bed time.

Please see a surgeon for examination and confirmation of hemorrhodis/ fissure
