Question : Hi i had a miscarriage after getting to know that i was 5 weeks pregnant through blood test. What would be the reason for my miscarriage? Please suggest

A miscarriage at 5 weeks gestation is most commonly seen due to chromosomal abnormalities in the baby. If the abortion is recurrent then other causes like infections and anti phospholipid syndrome needs to be ruled out.
If this was your first miscarriage then there is no need to worry. The chromosomal defect might not happen again. You can have a normal pregnancy next time.

When would be the right time to plan for the next issue how long should i wait for planning it

You should wait for at least 3 months before planning for the next baby. This will give your body adequate time to recover. Do start taking folic acid supplements before you start planning for the baby.
