What Causes Miscarriages When The Husband Suffers From Premature Ejaculation?
Question: I had two mis carries in this year. So i want some knowledge on it. Below is my scenario
First Miscarry in 2017 Feb 10 at 8 weeks of pregnency. And Second was on 2017 end of the May at 10 -12 weeks of pregnency.
My husband is suffering from premature ejaculation and we used promescent for a while and he stopped using it before three months when we planed to have kids. So he stopped using it from November 2016. And after stopping promescent, and he ejaculates early before inserting properly. So he continues intercourse until he ejaculate second time into my vagina. So my questions are
1. Does this mis-carries happend because of using promescent?
2. Does this mis-carries happend because of the second time ejaculation and in the second ejaculation does the sperm is as powerful as first time ejaculation?
3. Is because of second ejaculation, does sperm has strength to penetrate with egg properly?
Can you please provide ur comments and solution for it.

2. If he is ejaculating a second time within a very short period of time, the volume and total sperm count will be lower than with the first ejaculation. The fact that you might have conceive during the second ejaculate is not the reason for your miscarriages
3. The sperm in the second ejaculate should be just as healthy, but possibly just in lower numbers for the reasons that I stated.

So those miscarries might be because of other issues. Not because of promescent and second ejaculation?
