Brief Answer:
Safe to take both tablets.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.

You have been prescribed secam tablets.
In my opinion, both are safe. These are usually given together for short term to induce periods.

I would suggest you to take the drugs as directed by your doctor and you should get your periods.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
