What Causes Missed Menstruation For The Past 3 Months?
Question: Hi there I am concerned because I haven't had a period since August. I know I couldn't be pregnant between August and sept bcuz I had not been sexually Active until October 2rd with guy one and Oct 10 with guy 2. Still no period. I've tooken 6 pregnancy test between the last 3 weeks and no positive. Could I be pregnant and levels are too low for prego test to pick up? I usually have reg periods they seem to just vanish. Which guy would be closest to being the child's father if indeed I can pregnant?? Please help if I'm truly not prego. Why 3 months missed period???

The delay in periods is due to a hormonal imbalance. It can be due to stress or PCOS. Before the confirmation of pregnancy it is difficult to guess who will be the father.
By now if at all there is a pregnancy due to any of the two encounters, the test would have come positive. If the urine test is still negative you can double check by getting serum HCG levels evaluated. If the test is negative then do consult your gynecologist for a proper hormonal treatment.
