What Causes Missed Period And Pulsating Sensation In The Abdomen?
Question: i have a late menstrual cycle and a constant pulsing in my abdomen. Is there something I should worry about? Also i have a history of h.pylori this is the first time I've experienced anything like this

yes this first time my period has been off but i took a pregnancy test today at my local hospital and the results were negative. And there isn't any vomiting ,heartburn or anything of that nature. the pulsation feeling is around the belly button area left and right,and just above the belly button area .

In your case, negative pregnancy test and your pregnancy symptoms, and breast symptoms can be due PMS- premenstrual syndrome.
Are you getting such breast symptoms for the first time?
Usually, such symptoms wear off with the onset of menses.
I will suggest you to see, if your symptoms vanish as your periods begin.
If you still have doubt about pregnancy test result, blood beta HCG test is the most reliable test to detect pregnancy. test values below 5 indicate non pregnant status, ans values above 25 confirm the pregnancy.
Secondly, it will be too early to get pulsation feeling in the abdomen because of pregnancy. And it will not be around the area of belly button.
So mostly, it can be due gases in the intestine or aortic pulsation.

i get shortness of breath while walking,resting and running and no i don't have any history of asthma hemoglobin or anemia but i also discovered white slimy discharge as well.
