Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand from your query that you are concerned about a mole on your arm.
From your history and description, I would consider the possibility of a dysplastic nevus.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Better to biopsy the lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for uploading the picture.
I would consider the possibilities of Viral wart, Keratoacanthoma and Dysplastic nevus.
Wart is an infection caused by a virus. It can be treated by a simple cauterisation procedure or cryotherapy. ( freezing the lesion)
Keratoacanthoma and dysplastic nevus are both premalignant lesions, which need to be completely excised.
I would advice you to get a skin biopsy done to make sure of the diagnosis and for further management.
Hope this helps you.
Take care and wish you good health.
