Detailed Answer:
Dear Foster,
Thanks for using Heathcaremagic.
I am sorry to know that your husband is going through multiple symptoms. I must assure you that it seems a treatable condition which can be helped with antidepressants and psychotherapy.
From the clinical symptoms my first diagnosis is depression which increases over time so taking early medical help is advisable.
I must also inform you that a complete neurological examination is required as his position is not a common finding among patients with depression so we need to understand that he may have some other problem responsible for depression.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
