What Causes Morning Headache?

Question: I have frequent headache in the morning specifically in the morning.
I feel better once I take bath or have breakfast, but till the time its like morning sickness.

Thank you for the query.

You are most probably suffering from sinusitis.. If there is any tenderness on applying pressure on bony prominence of sinuses around nose, it is most probably due Sinusitis. Consult your ENT specialist for detailed examination and prescriptions.

Another possible diagnosis would be Tension type headache. You can take over the counter medications like Disprin for this headache. If you are already taking it and found no result, then you need to be switched on to another group of drugs like Triptans or Ergot alkoloids for Tension type headache.

I would also suggest you to get your eye sight checked once problem with it can also cause morning headaches.
