Brief Answer:
mucolytic with nasal decongestant
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Please get your self investigated for sinusitis and you need to get an xray para nasal sinuses for that. A CT scan may subsequently be required if suggested by your ENT.
Otherwise please take a mucolytic along with nasal decongestant drops along with steam for few days.
If there is no fever or any other acute symptoms, there is no need for an antibiotic.
Do not worry about the candida test, and nothing needs to be done about that if there is nothing in oral cavity on examination.

Mild body pain throughout the body can be because of sinusitis also and any focus of infection in body will lead to similar symptoms. Otherwise fibromyalgia is a term used for these symptoms but infective focuses needs to be removed.
Enteroquinol is used for gut infections but your symptoms should improve with the use of a probiotic. Please use a probiotic preparation regularly for few days, increase the intake of green leafy vegetable, high fibre diet and plenty of water. Also always use filtered or boiled water and avoid eating junk food and suspected unhygienic food.
As far as I know, there is no established drug which can increase memory and is effective in non-specific memory loss. An MRI brain may show a generalised atrophy of the brain but usually no intervention is required for that. A more focused approach in day to day activities helps in improving things.
