Brief Answer:
Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry as it is Common in pregnancy and especially in travel.
There is no risk to the baby usually but take care of her diet which should not be compromised over a long period of time.
If she has a lot of it right now also give her tablet ondansetron and ask her to have restricted fluid intake for 10-12 hours and take biscuits or chocolates as a source of high instant energy.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Train and air travel both are safe

Detailed Answer:
Yes dear she can very well travel till 34 weeks in case she wants to relocate for delivery.
Air travel will be safest but many a times airport authorities do not allow traveling if pregnant women and in that case trains are also good means of transport.
Precautions during travel include adequate water intake, maintain hygiene especially while using public toilets and train compartment lavatory.
Also if traveling by aur then continuous leg movements are very important as there can occur stagnation of blood and thus clot formation in veins during long flights with restricted leg space.
All the best.
