What Causes Mouth Ulcers While Suffering From Digestive Problems?

Question: I have digestion problems because of which I'm having mouth ulcers, bad breathing, and acne on back and chest. Please suggest something.

Due to digestive problems you are having apthous ulcers in mouth.The exact cause of most mouth ulcers is unknown. Stress or tissue injury is thought to be the cause of simple mouth ulcers. Certain foods, including citrus or acidic fruits and vegetables (such as lemons, oranges, pineapples, apples, figs, tomatoes and strawberries), can trigger a mouth ulcer or make the problem worse.
I would suggest you to take B complex capsules daily along with good quality OTC probiotics for few days.
Take 2 tsp Metamucil daily after soaking it in XXXXXXX warm milk or water for 20 minutes.

Bad breathing is also due to poor digestion.
Mouth wash Betadine should be used thrice daily for few days to relieve you from halitosis.

For acne i want to see a photograph. Please attach a clear high resolution photo of acne with follow up question.

Also I couldn't find this Metamucil powder at the local chemist. Could you advise n easily available powder or advise a place where i can find this.

Another query. I am having vaginal infection for which I was suggested to use canestan vaginal which i will be using after my periods, maybe a week later. I hope the medicines you've suggested are safe in this condition.

Canestan contain antifungal drug and has no direct reltion to the drugs i suggested you.
If you are sexually active use lactasyl lotion and Clingen suppository after sex,
Try ko keep vagina dry sprinkle lots of fluconazole powder over the area.
If there is direct penetration involved(no condom) ask your partner to wash penis after sex and check if he has fungal infection in groins.
Semen is a good culture media for bactrias so seeping out semen should be washed immediately from vaginal areas.
