Question: I am 23 years old and I noticed 2 days a go to the a skinny red thing growing on my right side so looks like a spike I went to a doctor today and he said he never seen anything like it before he said it might b a skin tag Or a tumor or throat cancer

I saw the picture.
It looks like mucosal (inner layer)over growth.
Another possibility is a Mucus Cyst.
I prefer to excise it and send it for histopathological examination ( Biopsy ). Exact diagnosis will be confirmed.
Nothing to worry.
It is not looking like Cancer.
Please Consult an ENT surgeon or General surgeon and get examined clinically.
