Chances of STDs / HIV is almost nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the details.
If the intercourse is protected there is no chance of transmission of STDs or HIV. So with the given description it appears there is no chance of transmission of HIV or STDs.
If there is condom tear there is minor possibility of contact. It can be considered as unprotected intercourse. The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected intercourse with HIV positive person is 1/200 to 1/1000.It is low.
I do not see possibility of HIV/STDs.
The symptoms are not specific and not due to HIV/STDs.
You can get baseline STDs panel test for now to allay fears.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
