Question: i HAVE BEEN ON METHADONE MAINTENANCE FOR OVER 20 + YEARS AND HAVE RECENTLY DETOXED
ALL THE WAY FOWN TO 1MG AND THE LAST TWO DAYS HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY AT ALL. I AM EXPERIENCING VERY BAD MUSCLE CRAMPS IN MY LOWER LEGS AND NUMBNESS AND TINGLING IN HANDS AND FEET IS THIS RELATED FROM THE WITHDRAWL?

I will congratulate you on weaning off methadone. That is a huge accomplishment. The last dose is always the worst to withdrawal from. The pain and cramping is a direct result of the withdrawals. I would recommend taking tylenol or aleve to help reduce the pain and cramping. It may last 1-2 weeks so hang in there you are almost completely free of methadone and pain pills
