What Causes Muscle Cramps In The Leg Of An Alcoholic?
Question: I'm an alcoholic and I am experiencing a charly horse cramp in my left leg, cramps and muscle contractions both R&L hands. Is there a chance that this is due to a vitamin deficiency?

Avoid alcohol, smoking, caffeine. Drink 2-3 litres of water daily. Drink Lemonade daily. Take Neurokind LC tablet or a tablet that contains Vitamin B complex and L Carnitine, twice a day for 2 months. These are over the counter medicines.
