What Causes Muscle Fatigue In The Right Leg While Treating Left Ankle Fracture?

Question: rrms dx 2008 several TX and currently tysabri. doing well. however recovering from #left ankle, again good, but r/leg getting very fatigued more frequently and quickly. right leg is most affected by Ms symptoms normally. should I consider this a flare? unable to reach treating neuro until Wednesday
