What Causes Muscle Pain In Left Arm And Shoulder Along With Stiff Neck?

you are over stressed. HIV is surely not causing symptoms. You do not have HIV
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question.
I understand you are becoming too much anxious and this is causing you these symptoms.
If HIV resides in your body , then it will show up with symptoms and a positive HIV test. If the test is negative beyond the maximum reported window period , then the person is a HIV negative.
You are a HIV negative person , don't worry about it.
I will suggest you to have a talk with a Qualified Counselor or a psychologist to
de-stress you.
Your symptoms may be caused due to a pinched nerve. Please consult a spine specialist for that. If it pains too much take Tylenol thrice a day if you have no allergies to it.
Hope this helps.

They could be due to various other reasons

Thanks for your response.
Lack of appetite is a general symptom and may be due to many causes including anxiety. Muscle pain to can have many causes and again may be result of even neuropathy or lack of electrolytes like Sodium or potassium as result of working in 14 hours shifts which may cause 'tiredness' . Losing weight or sleep are again common symptoms which may be caused by various reasons and may be the result or cause --(both )of your problems. These symptoms in totality may point to even 'diabetes' ,though without an examination or blood/urine, it is very difficult to tell , so my suggestion is to go for a complete work up for a correct diagnosis .
In the mean time you require another HIV test @3 month of your exposure to be absolutely sure of your negative status .
Hope it is useful.

No

Thanks for your response.
No, My answer is that you don't have to go for your tests in a haphazard way -there is some basis for getting tests done. The basic idea is that you test one at base level and another after 3 months(12 weeks) of exposure to cover for the XXXXXXX window period for the virus.
I understand you need an urgent consultation with a Clinical Psychologist or a Counselor or a Psychiatrist (if first two are not available) to address your low psychological status .
Hope this helps.
