Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

You have not given any previous trauma, pushing or pulling of heavy object so I am assuming it to be normal.

Since you are taking medication of hypothyroid and high blood pressure so I advise you not to alter their dose without consulting your doctor.

Get your serum calcium, vitamin d, sodium, potassium levels checked and send me the report.

If you intermittent pain radiating to left upper limb, fever, night sweat then you should not ignore it and get your ecg and blood pressure checked and report TO ER.

Till then have balanced diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements, hot packs application to that area.

I hope you have got your answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh
