What Causes Muscle Spasms On Back?
Question: My back has been very sensitive for two days. Feels touchy like when you have a fever. I have no fever. It started on middle right side yesterday. I thought it was my kidneys. I went to doctor and had urine dip done. Completely clear. Today back is sensitive on right side and have had an incredible amount of acid. Feel like crap and back is very sensitive. Can't get comfortable in car and tough to get comfortable lying down. Any suggestions with what might be wrong.

Hello again
This can be radicular pain due to nerve compression may be originating from spinal cord.
If pain is radiating to abdomen then abdominal organ pathology can be suspected which can be confirmed by ultrasonography.
