What Causes Muscle Spasms Under The Right Rib Cage?

Question : I am having tightening or muscle spasms under my right side rib cage. Not all the time just randomly it's not really a pain just feels like a muscle spasm. If I stretch out it quits. What could be causing this? It's been going on for about 2 years on and off.

Hello,
I have studied your case. Spasm in your rib muscle is due to lack of calcium and salt in body. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Drink glass of water with a tea spoon ful salt. It will take care of spasm immediately.
2. Take 1 gram calcium Daily and 60000 unit vitamin D 3 per week for six weeks.
3.Avoid very cool temperature.
4. Certain food items like rice , sweets can cause spasm. So avoid them.
