What Causes Muscle Weakness, Unexplained Weight Loss, Headache, Fatigue And Low Grade Fever?
Question: 28 year old white male. Hx hirshimoto dx. Muscle weakness. Unexplained weight loss Headaches fatigue low grade fever. Blood work appears normal. Any suggestions?

I am sorry for your bothersome symptoms.
First you should be sure that your synthroid dose is correct. An over dosage of it may cause the above mentioned symptoms.
Secondly an infection that causes a low grade fever should be excluded.
Please attach the result of the blood works you have done until now in order to try to suggest you further exams needed.
