Doing excercise and taking muscle relaxation tab like myoril 8 MG relax bit.
Pain is floting sometimes left .. sometimes right..mostly left....
Did 2D echo and stress test both were normal

Your pain seems to due to muscle sprain following your excercise. Do regular excersise under proper guidance. Dont do one day and leave the next day. That will again cause pain.
Also eat healthy and lots of fruits to maintain your electrolyte balance, as that too can be a cause of pain.
If still no relief, then get you serum electrolytes done and start on some neurotonics like methcobalamine and l-carnitine.
