Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Your Hemoglobin level is within normal limit. Pack cell volume or PCV as it'd popularly called is 38.6 which is slightly less than than lower reference range of 40 for adult male. Low PCV requires further evaluation by examination of stool for occult blood to rule out gastrointestinal bleeding as cause for chronic blood loss and low PCV level. If the report is normal then there is no cause for concern.
