Brief Answer:
It can be due to lumbar spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I believe you are having spine problem with disc herniation. This is causing nerve compression leading to pain in back and left hip joint. An x ray of back and MRI can confirm this diagnosis.
I would recommend you following.
1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily.
2.Tablet Myoril or Myospaz one daily.
3.Bed rest for three days. Always try to sleep on side .
4.Volitran ointment and hot water fomenation.
You should avoid forward bending and lifting heavy weight. I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if you want to ask any other question.
Thanks.
