What Causes Myocardial Infarction?
Question: I had an ecg done on 7 9 2017 it said i &ad a present anterior mycardial infarction. Should i be concerned about this. I had severe sepsis om may 18 2017 could that have damaged my heart. Should i make an appointment. To see my cardiologist.

I have been having some chest pains but I have a high pain threshold should I be concerned about this. What about exercise such as walking is it safe to walk over 2 miles alone. Also I am not sweating like I used to and my hands and feet are continually cold a new development in this month

The emergency department doctor today said that he disregarded the part of my tech that stated I had an anterior XXXXXXX cause he said that it's computer generated. He had etc done and said it was normal with no XXXXXXX signs. I don't know what believe. I know what the report said. Why would it be printed out if it wasn't true. I am getting the feeling he didn't tell me the truth because my wife was with me and he didn't want her to be concerned. I still have chest pains. No other heart tests were done. I was dehydrated and did get if today. I value your thoughts
