Brief Answer:
Not due to vitamin D supplements

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but vitamin D supplements are not reported to cause nose bleeding. However, I would recommend that you follow up on your blood pressure as sudden increase in blood pressure may lead to nose bleeding in some patients.
Another cause of nose bleeding can be due to dry environment which cause the small capillaries of the nasal lining to break and cause bleeding.
I hope you find this helpful.
