Hello,

I see that your nose has been bleeding for 2 hrs now. Is it continuous or slight spotting and minimal bleeding only?

If it is continuous, you need to rush to the ER where tight nasal packing will be done. If it is just minimal spotting and has stopped by now, you can apply ice pack locally and keep your head-end elevated for some time.

Are you Hypertensive? If yes, please get your blood pressure checked to see if it is normal.
