What Causes Nasal Congestion After Inhaling Ceramic Tile Dust?

Question: Hello, We had contractor to install cement board and tile bathroom. Tiles he cut outside but bedroom was still dusty. I changed the blanket but did not cleaned up all room, I was in pain for other conditions. And now I am freaking out, I feel allergies and years and nose stuffed up. Should I worry for long term damage to lungs
