Question: For the last few days I have had nausea, food doesn't taste good, excess gas, mucous in stool, sour taste in mouth

Your symptoms seems to be related with acute gastrointestinal infection.
This why I suggest to use :
- probiotics
- PPI 's like prilose OTC

If your symptossm continues more than 2 weeks than you should perform culture fecal test to better evaluate GI infection.
