Brief Answer:
Need diet modification.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I am Dr Muhammed Aslam here to help you.

Your condition of gastric upset usually results from a bad diet management, which leads to gastric/duodenal mucosal irritation. Temporary relief can be obtained with drugs like antacids and proton pump inhibitors. You can discuss this with your treating Doctor.

To obtain long term relief, please note the following tips.
1)Make your food habits regular with respect to time. That is, keep proper schedule. Avoid "as and when needed" type eating.
2)Avoid spicy/fried/greasy items as far as possible.
3)Avoid or reduce coffee/tea/baked items.
4)Reduce non veg items(especially beef/pork/fried items)
5)Take enough fruits and veges.
6)Take enough of pure drinking water.
7)The most important thing-Avoid alcohol/smoking. Both will worsen the condition.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
Take care. Thank you.
