Brief Answer:
Probably due to anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Your clinical details do not point to any specific disease. Such transient symptoms of nausea and lightheadedness can be due to anxiety, especially considering the enviornment in which it occurred. These should not be a cause of concern and do not mandate detailed investigations,as of now.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
