What Causes Nausea And Pain After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy?

Question: Underwent Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy around 4 years back. Around one week back, I started to have exactly same symptoms of stucked stone. Feeling nauseated. having pain in gallbladder area (right side of stomach, below rib cage), feeling breathlessness and also having pain in right shoulder blades. These are exactly same symptoms I used to have when I was having stones in my gall bladder. Please advise what could be the issue :
Do I need to go for any blood test/ERCP/MRCP procedure ?
What can I do to get immediate relief ?

Brief Answer:
Get a MRCP and LFT done
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Common bile duct may not be causing all the symptoms you have mentioned.
But to confirm, you can get a MRCP and liver function test done.
You can also get an upper GI endoscopy done to rule out peptic ulcer disease.
Meanwhile continue taking pantocid.
Also take Ultracet twice a day and Syrup Mucaine 10 ml thrice a day.
I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
