Brief Answer:
Please elaborate what you mean by flurry feeling? Where is this feeling?

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXX,

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

I have gone through your question but I can not understand what you are trying to convey by the expression "flurry feeling".

Could you please describe it in a little more detail?

Where exactly is the location of this flurry feeling?

Do you have any chest pain?

Does the pain radiate anywhere else?

Is this something like muscle twitching?

Or do you mean to say that you feel as if something is moving fast inside your chest?

Or do you mean to say that you feel your heart beating?

Being aware of your heart beating?

Or is it more like a flutter that is happening inside your chest?

How often does that happen?

How long does each episode last?

Do you feel giddy?

Do you feel as if you are going to fall down?

Do you have any ringing sensation in the ears?

Please write back to me with answers to my questions so that I can help you better.

Warm regards.

Brief Answer:
Sounds like gastritis, needs clinical examination by a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again Mr XXXX,

Thank you for writing back.

Based on your description, I think the problem is related to gastritis and/or esophageal reflux.

It is not possible to confirm it without examining you in person.

The only other concern is, many a time ischemia of the heart also mimics the gastric issues.

So in my opinion, you need to be examined by a physician and also get an ECG done to rule out any heart related problems.

For gastritis, you can take Omeprazole 20mg twice a day for 5 days.

Avoid spicy and fried foods.

Drink plenty of water.

I hope this answers your question.

Best regards.
