Brief Answer:
Pregnancy unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unless there is actual vaginal intercourse, the chances of pregnancy are almost nil. Sperms usually do not migrate from butt cheek to cause pregnancy.
The spotting earlier than the periods can be due to coming periods.
I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done after 3 days if the periods do not start properly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
