What Causes Nausea And Vomiting After Taking Antibiotics?
if unable to tolerate then definitely should be seen
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
If you are not able to tolerate the medication then, yes, you may need to be seen again.
You can consider trying an anti emetic (medication for nausea and vomiting) to see if one of these would decrease your nausea/vomiting. Eg dramamine or peptobismol.
If one of these (or other over the counter alternatives at your pharmacy) is used half hour before taking the medication.
If you still cannot keep down the medication or juice then you should be seen. This is only a possible option, if you feel very unwell you should be reviewed as soon as possible
Worsening symptoms-severe pain, continued nausea/vomiting, fever, blood in the urine, loss of appetite
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
