What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Before Periods?
Question: My daughter suffering from severe nausea and vomiting three days prior menstrul cycle and continues upto fourth day of the cycle please tell what is this and it's remedy

Menstrual period is associated with withdrawal of certain hormones and can cause menstrual migraine in some patients.this is mostly seen in young girls and sometimes causes headache and vomiting. Some girls have severe pain abdomen and the vomiting is an effect of the pain.
As regular medicine like drotin and emset have been tried you can consult a doctor for the next line of medicine like piroxicam tablet Like dolonext 20 mg and suminat for migraine.
Some patients may need a drug for migraine prophylaxis like betablockers.
Usually a physician after examination will prescribe this.
With increasing age this problem will subside.there is no need for worry.
