Brief Answer:
Endometriosis may be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Nausea, diarrhea and bad stomach pain in premenstrual period is suggestive of endometriosis in the uterus and pelvic cavity, which may also effect the rectum, causing diarrhea.
Diabetes, hypertension and hypothyroidism are not at all associated with such symptoms.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound and MRI, if required, and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
